Scan-to-CAD

Our reverse-engineering service converts 3D scan data and point clouds into precise, editable CAD models ready for manufacturing.
We process raw mesh or STL files, rebuild accurate geometries, and deliver parametric surfaces compatible with all major CAD systems.

The workflow includes:
* Cleaning and optimizing scan data
* Converting polygonal meshes to NURBS or solid models
* Ensuring dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance
* Delivering native CAD formats for design, simulation, or production

3D Print & Prototype

At ASA Tech, we offer professional 3D printing and rapid prototyping services for industrial and creative applications.
Starting in early 2026, our production capabilities will include FFF 3D printing with a build volume of up to 800 × 800 × 800 mm, using a wide range of industrial-grade and artistic materials (from 01.01.2026).
For high-strength applications, we also manufacture carbon-fiber-reinforced components with build sizes up to 320 × 320 × 400 mm, delivering exceptional rigidity and low weight.
In addition, we provide rapid prototyping of plastic parts, ensuring fast and precise realization of your concepts.
Clients can upload their files online 24/7 and conveniently receive finished parts by postal delivery within Germany, enabling a seamless and efficient production workflow from concept to delivery.

We also design and manufacture custom fixtures to support precision testing and assembly processes, including:
* CMM measurement fixtures for dimensional inspection of low-volume products,
* Lightweight assembly fixtures for precise alignment during small-batch production, and
* Control and alignment gauges (panel gauges) for conformity and quality verification.
