Precision Actuation. Robotic

About ASA Tech

ASA Tech is a German engineering startup based at the AI xpress Startup Center in Böblingen. We develop precision robotic joints and high-torque actuation modules for industrial robotics and future advanced robotic applications.

Alongside our own product development activities, we support industrial companies with mechanical product development, manufacturable design, prototyping, reverse engineering and engineering documentation.

Founded by mechanical engineer Armin Aghababa, ASA Tech combines more than 20 years of industrial engineering experience with a practical, manufacturing-focused approach to product development.

Engineering Services

ASA Tech supports industrial companies with mechanical product development, manufacturable design, prototyping and engineering documentation. Our focus is on practical engineering solutions that can move efficiently from concept to production.

Mechanical Product Development

From concept definition and product architecture to detailed mechanical design, we develop practical solutions based on technical, functional and manufacturing requirements.

Design for Manufacturing

We review and refine mechanical designs for manufacturability, assembly, cost efficiency and reliable production, including drawings and engineering documentation.

Prototyping & Reverse Engineering

We support prototype-ready design, component reconstruction, design modifications and the conversion of physical parts or scan data into usable engineering models.
